Jessie, a former U.S. Army Green Beret and Rob's friend, joined when S.P.S. started, back in 2003. 

He LOVES painting all sorts of spaces, furniture, and surfaces. He takes the lead in every project and takes care of our painter contractors like no one else.

Jessie feels comfort in coloring the homes he once helped to protect and we honour his tremendous contribution to both the Sacramento community and the country!
