Jessie, a former U.S. Army Green Beret with the United States Army Special Forces, joined Sacramento Painting Specialists at its founding in 2003. His background in elite military operations shaped a leadership style built on discipline, teamwork, and accountability—qualities he brings to every project and every crew he leads.

He operates in alignment with standards set by the California Contractors State License Board as a qualified supervisor on C-33 projects, and holds Lead-Safe Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) Certification through the Environmental Protection Agency (Certification No. RRP-884213). Jessie also completed OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety training with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, reinforcing safe, compliant job sites.

Known for his hands-on approach, Jessie takes the lead on projects from preparation to final coat, ensuring consistent quality across surfaces, spaces, and finishes. He brings the same care and pride to painting homes today as he once did serving the country—earning the trust of both the Sacramento community and the team he supports every day.
